I have this in about 3 different msn groups if you sign up on any of those please do not sign up here as well......

If you would like tags when I make them for my always list than this is the place lol..........

Please send a email to charstutsandscraps@inbox.com When you email be sure to include the name/names you want on the tags.

I suggest you sign up to receive email udpates in the top corner of my blog. Anytime a tag is ready I will post it here on my blog with a link to pickup..

I would appreciate a comment on the blog post I post letting me know you are collecting.... This kinda helps me to know my tags are being enjoyed.

I have not decided weather I will place them in Photobucket or in fotki yet for pickup. I will do one or the other not both and not certain ones here or there type thing I just don't have the time.

New Blog Extension for my photos

I will add PICTURES I take to it and you are welcome to snag and use. PLEASE Follow my rules though. All I ask is that if you use my photos either put ©CharRose or Photo by CharRose.....ONLY exception to this is if used with another artist work than you don't have to put anything. Please save to your hard drive by enlargeing and than right clicking and saving as. I will announce on main blog (Here) when I load more pictures. DO not pass around please send people here to get them.

I am new to pixels but love making them.
They are time consuming but loads of fun.
Please read and follow my terms of use below.

DO NOT upload to a Pay to use site and do not share in a pay to use site. DO NOT Copy and paste my examples. Please just text link to the examples.
DO NOT rip my pixels apart and claim as your own. If the pixels are made in layers than you may move and arrange layers as you wish but do not tear each image apart.
DO NOT use my pixels to make a profit of any kind. I am offering them free to use and they should remain that way.
I have drawn these in psp One pixel at a time. If a Group owner wishes to use my pixels for challenges and etc that is fine. If you wish to upload it to your server for your members to download all I ask is that you let me know at the email at the bottom of this page. Otherwise just link directly to the pixel to be used.
Please keep orginal file names in tact.....

If you use my scraps or blings please remember to credit me If sharing. Please do not take credit for my work. You are welcome to share the scraps or blings But please do not pass around and share without giving me credit.. When using in a tag no credit is needed in the scraps and blings.. Unless they are used without a artist tube.

My First Blog Post

Well I finally got this going lol. Takes time besides the fact I am slow. I will probably arrange and add or remove things over the next month till I get it the way I like it. I am currently attending online schooling so my time is limited. I will do what I can when I can. Currently all my stuff is hosted in a msn group which is located here . I will post there as well as here when I update. I will make one more post after this with what is currently on the site. I am going to post my Terms of use here as well. I love visiting blogs and will work on a list and if you want to be on my list would be nice if you added me to yours. You will notice in my tutorials that I try to not use pay to use stuff to much. I like to be able to see everyone do what I have done. My tubes sometimes are pay to use tubes but I am sure you prefer to use your own tubes. If you use one of my scraps or items in a tutorial let me know and I would love to link to that tutorial. If you want updates for this blog just enter the required email up top of this page..
